A 17-year-old girl suffers serious injuries when part of the upper deck of a bus is torn off when it ploughed into a bridge.

A double decker bus carrying dozens of students has crashed into a railway bridge, leaving a 17-year-old girl seriously injured.
Some 40 people - all aged between 16 and 19 - were hurt when the vehicle, which had apparently overlooked a height restriction sign, slammed into the bridge in Munich, Germany.
Munich police spokeswoman Alexandra Schmeitz said the Danish tourists were taken to hospital.
The fire department said the bus driver apparently missed a sign saying the bridge had only a height of 11.2ft (3.4 metres).
The fire department said the Danish Consulate in Munich had been informed.
